Datadog is seeking a Recruiter II for Business Recruiting to enhance the candidate experience and streamline the hiring process. You'll be responsible for sourcing and screening talent while collaborating with leadership. This role requires 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
You have 2-5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, either in-house or in a staffing agency environment. You are a sourcing master, skilled at identifying where top talent resides. You are autonomous and have a demonstrated ability to manage the recruitment process effectively. You understand the importance of candidate experience and are committed to ensuring that every candidate feels valued throughout the hiring process. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work closely with leadership to enhance recruitment strategies. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a hybrid workplace, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams alike.
In this role, you will be responsible for finding qualified talent for open roles through various channels, including sourcing, job postings, referrals, and agencies. You will screen candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles and collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes. You will ensure follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates, negotiating compensation with qualified candidates as necessary. You will enhance our recruitment process by training interview teams and leveraging Greenhouse to track candidate progress through the funnel. You will also resurface existing talent and maintain clean data for reporting purposes. Ensuring candidates have an excellent interview experience, regardless of the outcome, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will play a critical role in shaping how Datadog is viewed in the market and will be the face of recruiting at the company.
