What you'll do

As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee a team of approximately 20 operators, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to meet Nuro's operational goals. You will be responsible for the entire hiring and onboarding process, working closely with the Learning and Development team to create effective training programs. Your role will involve actively managing team performance, providing constructive feedback, and leading initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure that your team's work aligns with broader company objectives. This will require you to analyze operational metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members.
