We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping stories. You’ll own our organic presence, bringing Phoenix’s voice to life across platforms, communities, and moments that matter.
This role is a mix of strategy and storytelling — building our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving measurable impact through creativity and consistency.
Lead the strategy, execution, and performance of Phoenix’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and beyond).
Create content that connects — from brand campaigns and culture moments to thought leadership and product launches.
Partner with creative, growth, and comms teams to develop cohesive narratives across channels.
Build and manage a social content calendar that balances storytelling, education, and engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to continuously improve content and platform strategy.
Stay ahead of social trends, new tools, and platform updates to keep Phoenix’s presence sharp and relevant.
Engage with our community authentically — responding to conversations, amplifying voices, and representing the Phoenix brand in every interaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (Talent, Product, and Leadership) to spotlight initiatives, people, and culture moments that make Phoenix unique.
Identify opportunities for growth partnerships, influencer collaborations, and creative campaigns that extend our reach.
3–5 years of experience managing social media for a fast-moving brand (bonus if it’s in tech, health, or DTC).
A strong sense of brand voice and storytelling — you know how to make content resonate and perform.
Experience creating or directing multimedia content (photo, video, design).
Data-driven creativity — you understand what works, why, and how to evolve it.
A trend-spotter who’s comfortable experimenting, iterating, and testing new formats.
Highly collaborative, with a knack for working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life.
A natural communicator who thrives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and strategy.
You’re passionate about improving the Canadian healthcare experience and have a personal connection to the space
A Rewarding Mission: Through our asynchronous care model, Phoenix is reimagining patient-centric care for Canadians across the country by making diagnoses and treatment delivery faster, more accessible, and completely discreet.
Impact & Autonomy: You’ll work directly with passionate, experienced leaders who’ve seen the ups and downs of building a business and genuinely care about your growth. You won’t just execute — you’ll help shape the future of Phoenix and Raven.
Collaborative In-Office Culture: Based in the heart of downtown Toronto, our HQ team comes together on-site five days a week to build fast and push what’s possible. We love the fast feedback loops, spontaneous brainstorms, and actually knowing the people we work with. Bonus points if you’re into the occasional foosball tournament or have strong opinions about the best lunch spot in the neighbourhood.
Competitive Pay, Real Benefits: Our compensation bands are backed by real market data, so offers are competitive and fair. Our benefits package includes standard healthcare coverage, a remote-first holiday season, and holistic wellbeing support — such as a wellbeing allowance and flexible additional time off to care for loved ones, support mental health, observe meaningful religious and cultural holidays, or when life just happens.
