PLACE is hiring a Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support the team with systems management and customer service. You'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining operational systems. This role requires 1+ years of experience in an operations or administrative role in the real estate industry.
You are an organized, methodical, and driven professional with a servant leader's heart. Systems are your jam — creating them, implementing them, refining them. Your attention to detail is unsurpassed and you thrive on your high standards, quality of work, and your ability to serve others. You are an empire protector focused on protecting the time and resources of yourself and the rest of the team. You have at least 1 year of experience in an operations or administrative role in the real estate, mortgage, or title industries, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to excel in this position.
In this role, you will build, implement, maintain, and own all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service. You will manage internal communication, team calendars, and the company's social media presence both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will also include office management and client care systems, ensuring that the team is recognized and retained through events and referrals. You will support team growth efforts by posting recruiting ads, calling agent recruits, and scheduling appointments for the Team Operator. Additionally, you will create and own systems for maintaining the integrity of the database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
