Amazon is hiring a Program Operations Lead to oversee operational activities in the External Fulfillment network. You have a Bachelor's degree and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You possess experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, enabling you to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance. Your ability to manage stakeholders remotely and take ownership of projects is essential for success in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of supply chain operations. Your experience in executing seller configurations and managing reports will help you excel in this position. Experience in supply chain management or operations is a plus, as is familiarity with tools for monitoring and reporting. Your analytical skills will help you dive deep into reports and identify bottlenecks in the system.
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of all seller configurations in the system for Fulfillment experience. You will own speed-related reports and conduct deep dives to analyze performance metrics. Sending weekly updates on critical projects using query-based tools and Excel will be part of your routine. You will also handle capacity configurations within the system and provide critical support during peak events, ensuring that all necessary configurations are in place.
You will monitor FX-related processes daily and run internal processes centrally, keeping track of progress on designated tools. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships will be crucial as you work to uphold process requirements and suggest corrections where necessary. You will collaborate with various functions to drive projects and help clear any issues or bottlenecks that arise.
