Your expertise in technology and marketplace tax issues sets you apart, allowing you to navigate the challenges of a dynamic marketplace effectively.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with tax compliance tools such as OneSource and CorpTax. Your experience with Oracle and NetSuite enhances your ability to manage tax data efficiently. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of leading quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tax-related matters. You are also familiar with OECD Pillar Two and BEPS 2.0 implementation, which adds to your strategic approach to tax management.

What you'll do

In your role as Temporary Tax Director at Angi, you will lead the direct tax and tax provision functions, overseeing all aspects of domestic and international income tax compliance. You will be responsible for the preparation, review, and disclosure of quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions, ensuring that all processes are executed with precision and in compliance with applicable regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the tax team through complex tax scenarios, providing strategic direction and support.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure that tax considerations are integrated into business decisions. Your ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly will be essential in educating stakeholders about tax implications and strategies. You will also be responsible for implementing and optimizing tax compliance tools, enhancing the efficiency of tax processes across the organization.
