What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new job orders weekly and managing the recruitment process from intake to fulfillment. You will establish and maintain a target list of potential clients, developing strong relationships to understand their hiring needs. Your daily activities will include conducting prospecting activities, such as phone calls and in-person meetings, to identify new business opportunities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and on time.
