What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of mechanical systems, from clean sheet design through development and into production. You will design and qualify flight valves, actuators, and mechanisms, ensuring they meet rigorous performance standards. Your work will involve hands-on testing and validation of mechanical components, collaborating closely with other engineers and stakeholders to integrate these systems into larger aircraft structures. You will also be tasked with documenting your designs and processes, contributing to the overall knowledge base of the engineering team. As you progress, you will have opportunities to mentor junior engineers and lead projects that push the boundaries of hypersonic technology.
