You are a talented and experienced Data Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering. You have a strong understanding of data warehousing design and logic processes, and you thrive in collaborative environments. You are an enthusiastic, fast-learning team player who loves working with data. Your experience with DBT is a significant advantage, and you possess knowledge of BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Superset. You are proficient in Python and have hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift. Additionally, you have experience working with Spark, Kubernetes, and Docker, which enhances your ability to manage data pipelines effectively.
In this role, you will be part of Yotpo's dynamic Data Engineering Team, contributing to the company's vision in the eCommerce landscape. You will develop, implement, and support robust, scalable solutions that improve business analysis capabilities. Your responsibilities will include managing data pipelines from multiple sources, designing, implementing, and maintaining these pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility. You will translate business priorities into data models by collaborating with business analysts and product analysts, ensuring that the data architecture aligns with organizational goals. You will own the entire data development process, which includes understanding business knowledge, applying appropriate methodologies, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining high-quality infrastructures. You will work independently while considering all functional and non-functional aspects, providing robust solutions that meet the organization's needs. Your role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including data developers, systems analysts, data scientists, and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the business.
