ZoomInfo is hiring a Services Consultant to bridge the gap between Sales and Post-Sale delivery. You'll collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to design solutions that enhance customer outcomes. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and post-sale experience.
You have a strong background in consulting or customer-facing roles, ideally with experience in sales and post-sale service delivery. You understand the importance of aligning services with customer business outcomes and can effectively communicate the value of those services. Your ability to collaborate with sales teams and translate customer objectives into actionable service recommendations sets you apart. You thrive in environments where you can make a significant impact and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with developing statements of work and proposals. You are comfortable training and guiding sales teams on service offerings and pricing strategies, enhancing their ability to sell effectively. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer needs and tailor solutions that drive adoption and satisfaction.
