Affirm is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth and value with large strategic merchants. You'll leverage your relationship management and analytical skills to oversee a portfolio of key accounts. This role requires strong program management capabilities and excellent communication skills.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in managing complex relationships with strategic partners. Your outstanding relationship management skills enable you to build and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, ensuring mutual success. You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to assess partner performance and recommend programs to enhance product adoption and revenue growth. Your program management expertise equips you to lead sophisticated account plans that drive ambitious results across the business. You are results-oriented and thrive in a high-profile, customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent executive presence in both written and verbal communications. You understand the nuances of omnichannel retail and can act as a subject matter expert in this area, guiding best practices for managing complex accounts.
In this role, you will oversee a large portfolio of key strategic accounts, developing and driving strategic initiatives that include complex contract negotiations and pricing strategies. You will lead the execution of account plans that encompass financing optimizations and marketing strategies, often against ambitious timelines. Your ability to analyze partner performance will be crucial as you recommend programs to increase product adoption and grow General Merchandise Volume (GMV). You will collaborate across different teams and levels within the organization, ensuring alignment and driving outcomes that benefit both Affirm and its partners. Your role will require you to engage with executives and stakeholders, presenting insights and strategies that foster long-term growth and revenue generation. You will also be responsible for identifying expansion opportunities within your accounts, leveraging your relationship management skills to drive these initiatives forward.
