Who you are

You have a strong background in engineering, particularly in testing software and hardware systems. Your experience includes developing innovative solutions for test infrastructure, ensuring safety and reliability in high-stakes environments. You thrive in collaborative settings, working alongside engineers and test specialists to drive efficiency in test operations. You are knowledgeable about integrated systems testing and have a keen understanding of avionics and pressurized test equipment. Your ability to adapt and innovate is crucial in supporting rapid production and launch cadences.

You possess a deep understanding of test processes and are skilled in developing comprehensive training programs for test hardware and procedures. Your expertise makes you a subject matter expert in test software and integrated testing of vehicle systems. You are committed to maintaining the highest levels of safety and reliability in all testing operations, ensuring that the Falcon products meet rigorous standards.

Desirable

Experience with Falcon products or similar aerospace technologies is a plus. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in aerospace testing will enhance your candidacy. You are also encouraged to bring any additional skills in software development or data analysis that could contribute to the team's success.

What you'll do
