You are proactive in identifying potential compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the company can move forward confidently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day compliance workflows related to marketing and product initiatives. You will work closely with various teams to enable scalable and low-friction approvals for client-facing experiences while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You will serve as a trusted partner to product, engineering, design, and marketing teams, providing guidance on compliance matters and helping to streamline processes. You will develop and maintain documentation that demonstrates compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that the company is always exam-ready. You will also play a key role in training and educating team members on compliance best practices, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
