You have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in university recruitment, and understand the nuances of engaging with STEM candidates. Your experience allows you to manage the entire recruitment process seamlessly, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed at every stage. You thrive in environments that value autonomy and innovation, and you are eager to contribute to a culture of respect and curiosity. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. You are proactive in developing new strategies to attract top talent and are comfortable pivoting your approach based on market trends and organizational needs. You believe in the importance of a positive candidate experience and are committed to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage all stages of the university recruitment process, from job posting management to interview coordination. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and ensuring a smooth interview process. Your focus will be on creating an outstanding candidate journey, which includes engaging with candidates from their first contact through to their final offer. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative approaches to attract top talent. Additionally, you will represent DRW at university career fairs and networking events, promoting the company and its opportunities to prospective candidates. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation to ensure that DRW remains competitive in attracting the best candidates in the market.
