You have a strong background in technical solutions and customer engagement, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a solutions architect or similar role. You thrive on helping customers navigate complex challenges and are skilled at translating technical concepts into business value. Your expertise in observability tools, particularly Grafana, allows you to guide clients effectively in their adoption journey. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working in a remote-first environment and can communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are adaptable and open to learning, understanding that each customer interaction is an opportunity to grow and improve.
Experience with observability tools and open-source software is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions will enhance your ability to support customers effectively.
