You have a strong background in operations and strategy, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at identifying and solving complex operational challenges, using data-driven analysis to inform your decisions. Your ability to maintain a strategic perspective while diving deep into details sets you apart as a leader. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are skilled at influencing stakeholders to drive impactful change. You are passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering strong relationships with key partners.
Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the Central and South American markets. You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and can effectively balance commercial and operational trade-offs. Your analytical skills are complemented by strong communication abilities, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
In this role, you will own end-to-end initiatives that address critical operational issues across Central and South America. You will work closely with regional leadership to ensure alignment and execution at scale. Your responsibilities will include identifying root causes of operational challenges, designing scalable solutions, and leading implementation efforts. You will also be responsible for continuous review and improvement of operational processes, ensuring that they align with company objectives.
You will lead the relationship with key regional merchants, ensuring that core operational metrics are met and that trade-offs are thoughtfully balanced. Collaboration with Commercial and Central Operations teams will be essential to drive visibility and execution. You will leverage your analytical skills to prioritize operational issues and develop strategies that enhance merchant partnerships and user experiences.
