Senior Associate (General Ops)

You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in managing operational workflows across fund, account, pre-trade, and corporate domains. You understand the importance of operational continuity and are adept at navigating regulatory and logistical constraints. Your strong project management skills enable you to drive operational excellence across multiple workflows and counterparties. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to align cross-functional stakeholders and resolve issues effectively. Your attention to detail and ownership mentality are key to your success in this role. Experience in a financial institution, proprietary trading firm, or crypto-native organization is a plus.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage fund operations, including subscriptions and redemptions, and coordinate regulatory filings and annual fee payments. You will oversee account operations by sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with exchanges, banks, and broker platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing the full lifecycle of account onboarding across external venues and monitoring account restrictions and operational roadblocks. You will also coordinate fiat payment rail setup and conduct testing, maintaining accurate tracking of account statuses and comprehensive documentation. As the central point of coordination for internal and external account-related matters, you will ensure smooth operations across the firm and its affiliated entities.
