What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and development of a multi-tenant storage engine for Kora, ensuring it meets the demands of high availability and performance — you will be instrumental in driving technical solutions from concept to implementation. You will collaborate with product management and design teams to define requirements and ensure that the storage features align with the broader organizational goals.

You will set engineering standards and best practices for the team, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement — your leadership will help elevate the technical capabilities of the team. You will also engage in cross-functional collaboration, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure that storage solutions integrate seamlessly with other engineering efforts.
