Human Interest is seeking an Account Executive for the Gulf Coast Region to drive sales and manage customer relationships. You'll work with Salesforce.com and prospecting tools to close deals and help businesses access retirement benefits. This role requires fluency in Spanish and at least 2 years of sales experience.
You are a driven sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within a startup environment. Your fluency in both English and Spanish allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and enjoy the thrill of closing deals that provide real value to businesses. You are solutions-oriented, adept at recognizing objections, and skilled at helping customers see the benefits of the products you offer. Your experience with sales tech tools, particularly Salesforce.com, enables you to manage your pipeline efficiently and document all sales activities accurately.
Experience in the fintech industry or a strong understanding of retirement benefits would be a plus. Familiarity with prospecting tools and techniques will help you target the right companies effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a high-growth company that is making a significant impact in the retirement industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from conducting product demos to closing deals. You will research and target potential companies using various prospecting tools, building and managing a robust sales pipeline. Demonstrating the Human Interest platform to prospective customers will be a key part of your daily activities, allowing you to showcase how our solutions can help businesses offer retirement benefits to their employees. You will negotiate contracts and ensure that all sales activities are recorded and documented in Salesforce.com. Your ability to utilize all sales tech tools effectively will be crucial in achieving your sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
