Who you are

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and at least 1-2 years of Technical Support experience in the telecommunications or technology sectors. You possess excellent situational awareness skills in customer and task prioritization, along with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You are a problem-solver with a natural curiosity and a passion for learning, eager to help customers resolve their issues efficiently. Your technical savviness and superior customer relationship skills make you an ideal candidate for this role.

What you'll do

As a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer for our API Support group, you will provide customers with lightning-fast response and resolution times, ensuring they are delighted with the Vonage service. You will triage support requests via email, phone, and chat, communicating effectively with our customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential to accelerate ticket resolution. You will also capture knowledge for customers who prefer solving their issues independently, contributing to a better overall customer experience.
