What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that supports the Tech organization at Adyen. You will work closely with Tech leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into effective communication initiatives. Your role will involve creating a communications matrix that facilitates information flow across global, local, and functional levels. You will also develop content that shapes how thousands of colleagues connect and collaborate, ensuring that communication is clear, consistent, and impactful.

You will act as a multiplier, empowering teams by creating scalable communication approaches that enable them to deliver their best work. This includes crafting internal messages, managing communication channels, and ensuring that all communications align with Adyen's values and objectives. You will also monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as necessary to improve engagement and impact.

Adyen offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $145,000 for this role, reflecting the importance of internal communications in driving business success.
