Who you are

As a Patient Safety Program Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of patient safety related quality improvement initiatives across a designated region in the hospital, nursing home, and outpatient clinical settings. You have a strong understanding of patient safety protocols and quality improvement methodologies, and you are adept at collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement effective strategies. Your experience in healthcare settings equips you with the knowledge to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance patient safety outcomes.

You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing projects across various locations. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders is essential in ensuring that patient safety initiatives are successfully executed. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess data and make informed decisions that positively impact patient care.
