You are a motivated, growth-minded individual with a strong background in sales, particularly in driving net-new customer acquisition. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering value through innovative technology. Your consultative selling skills allow you to uncover opportunities and solve real business problems for clients. You are comfortable owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals. You value collaboration and are eager to contribute to a supportive and performance-driven culture. Desirable

Experience in the technology sector or familiarity with data streaming platforms is a plus. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong network within the enterprise sector will set you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for net-new logos in your assigned Enterprise territory. This includes prospecting potential clients, conducting discovery calls to understand their needs, designing tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You will proactively identify opportunities within your territory and leverage your strong prospecting skills to engage with potential clients. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you propose align with client needs and deliver maximum value. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. As you build relationships with clients, you will work to understand their business challenges and position Confluent's data streaming platform as the ideal solution.
