Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development. Your expertise includes 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, and you are well-versed in one or more areas such as speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, or ML infrastructure. You have a strong background in leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure, including model deployment and evaluation. With 3 years of experience in software design and architecture, you are prepared to tackle complex challenges in a technical leadership role.

You possess a Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, and have 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. Your experience in a technical leadership role has equipped you to lead project teams and set technical direction effectively. You thrive in complex, matrixed organizations and enjoy collaborating on cross-functional projects.

What you'll do
