Kaseya is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Key Accounts to drive customer success and growth. You'll engage with Managed Service Providers and internal IT organizations, leveraging Kaseya's IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach in software sales.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with key accounts, and possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build lasting relationships with clients. Your consultative approach enables you to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and retention. You thrive in a results-oriented environment and are motivated by achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and can effectively communicate the value of technology solutions to diverse stakeholders. Experience in software sales or IT solutions is highly desirable, as is familiarity with AI-driven technologies.
