Overview

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Vehicle Intelligence to drive sales of Fixed License Plate Recognition cameras. You'll collaborate with Key Account Leaders to deliver integrated solutions to law enforcement agencies. This role requires expertise in sales strategy and technical knowledge of LPR products.

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in technology or public safety solutions. You understand the importance of building relationships and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your ability to identify customer needs and craft tailored solutions sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with key stakeholders to drive sales success. You are results-oriented and motivated by the impact your work has on public safety. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of long sales cycles while maintaining focus on your goals.

Desirable

Experience in the public safety sector or with law enforcement agencies is a plus. Familiarity with Fixed License Plate Recognition technology or similar products will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will demonstrate your capability to drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales strategy for Axon's Fixed License Plate Recognition cameras, identifying use cases and crafting tailored solutions for law enforcement agencies. You will act as the technical expert, providing in-depth product knowledge and implementation logistics to support your sales efforts. Collaborating with Key Account Leaders, you will engage decision-makers and navigate complex sales cycles, ensuring that you effectively address the needs of large public safety agencies. Your role will involve driving long-term strategic opportunities and expanding Axon's reach in the market. You will also be responsible for staying informed about industry trends and competitive differentiation, ensuring that Axon remains a leader in public safety technology.
