You have a strong background in strategy and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at analyzing data to drive decision-making and have a proven track record of implementing successful strategies that enhance business performance. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify trends and insights that inform strategic initiatives, and you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adaptable to changing priorities, always keeping the company's objectives in focus.

Desirable

Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with managed service providers (MSPs). A background in data analysis tools or methodologies will help you excel in this role, allowing you to leverage data effectively in your strategic recommendations.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, developing and implementing operational plans, and measuring the effectiveness of strategies through key performance indicators. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings and recommendations based on your analyses. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging teams to innovate and optimize processes.
