Databricks is hiring an Associate for Professional Services Operations to provide operations and P&L support to the global Services team. You'll focus on revenue-driving activities and collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer experience.
You are an entry-level professional eager to support operations within a global services team. In this role, you will provide full operations and P&L support to the Professional Services team at Databricks. You will be responsible for closing monthly and quarterly accounting, establishing revenue rules, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. You will collaborate with Services, Operations, and Finance teams to develop scalable processes that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve surfacing important insights that contribute to improving the customer journey and overall experience. You will also assist in addressing questions from the Professional Services leadership team, providing follow-up insights and recommended actions. As a thought leader, you will drive process changes related to operations and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
