What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for transitioning existing logistics reports and designing comprehensive dashboards that provide end-to-end visibility of transportation processes. You will collaborate closely with logistics specialists and hub managers to drive improvements in Promise Delivery Date (PDD) performance. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer experience by identifying key areas for operational performance improvement.

You will monitor first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile operations, ensuring that all logistics processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. By analyzing data and metrics, you will provide insights that inform decision-making and strategy development within the Logistics Operations Center. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
