You have 5+ years of experience in a functional analyst role, particularly with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your background includes gathering and vetting business requirements, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices. You are skilled in designing user-friendly solutions that are scalable and secure, and you understand the importance of performance in business applications.

You possess a strong technical acumen, allowing you to blend out-of-the-box D365 capabilities with necessary customizations. Your ability to develop recommendations and business cases for new functionalities demonstrates your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You are also experienced in creating and maintaining architecture documentation, including design specifications and technical diagrams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Functional Analyst at Enviva, you will play a crucial role in gathering and vetting business requirements from various teams. You will work closely with business teams to determine the best solutions, leveraging both out-of-the-box capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and necessary customizations. Your recommendations will be instrumental in developing business cases and estimates for new functionalities that improve application performance.

Testing and implementing new D365 capabilities, customizations, and configurations will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, ensuring that all design specifications and integration details are accurately captured.

Your role will involve investigating D365 functionality, data, and interface problems, providing solutions that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all changes align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
