Vestmark is seeking an Investment Solutions Analyst to support the Vestmark Manager Marketplace team in delivering manager models to external destinations. This role requires effective problem-solving and broad financial services knowledge. Salary range is $80,000—$90,000 USD.
You are an organized and detail-oriented individual with a foundational understanding of financial services. You possess effective problem-solving skills and are eager to learn and grow within the investment solutions space. Your ability to communicate clearly and build relationships will be essential as you support the Vestmark Manager Marketplace team in delivering manager models to external destinations. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are ready to engage with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Experience in financial services or investment management is a plus, as is familiarity with client onboarding processes. You may have a background in data analytics or process improvement, which will help you contribute to the team's goals effectively.
As an Investment Solutions Analyst, you will assist the Vestmark Manager Marketplace team in delivering manager models to external destinations. Your responsibilities will include supporting the client onboarding process, which involves tracking the completion of contract paperwork, user portal setup, and model subscription activation. You will also help maintain relationships with asset managers and financial institutions, contributing to the expansion of investment products and services available on the platform.
In addition, you will assist with daily client maintenance, addressing routine support requests and inquiries, and managing new model setups and portal user management. Your role will also involve helping to automate repetitive tasks and providing data analytics support to enhance operational efficiency. You will support interactions with model providers and model subscribers to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
