Nitra is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage vendor relationships and ensure a high-quality experience for customers. This role requires strong communication skills and operational rigor in a fast-paced startup environment.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or fintech environment. Your strong communication skills enable you to build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while ensuring operational excellence. You possess a keen eye for detail and are proactive in identifying and resolving issues that may arise in the supply chain. Your ability to monitor order performance and troubleshoot problems is essential to delivering a seamless experience for customers. You are passionate about improving processes and enhancing customer satisfaction, and you understand the importance of reliability and trust in vendor relationships.
Experience in the healthcare or fintech sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with marketplace operations. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes that can enhance your effectiveness in the role. A background in operations or supply chain management could also be beneficial, as it would provide you with insights into the complexities of order fulfillment and vendor management.
