You understand the importance of analyzing supplier spend and capacity to ensure a robust supply chain that supports production goals. You take ownership of material health and work closely with production and engineering teams to meet specifications and timelines. You are adept at implementing cost controls and developing improvement plans with suppliers to enhance efficiency. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled at solving problems related to production processes and design changes. As a Sourcing Manager at SpaceX, you will play a critical role in managing the supply chain for the Starship project. You will analyze supplier spend and capacity to develop effective negotiation and engagement strategies that align with SpaceX's goals.
