What you'll do

As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting data center building automation systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance. You will collaborate with various teams to monitor and maintain the health of AWS data centers, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Your role will involve analyzing system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will also participate in on-call support, providing expertise during critical incidents to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will contribute to project management efforts, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that deployment timelines are met and that all systems are integrated seamlessly. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
