What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the buying process. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, enhancing Carvana's presence and reputation. Your shifts will vary, requiring flexibility to work from 7am to 9pm, including weekends. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the automotive retail space.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, potentially reaching $19/hr. We believe in investing in our team members' success, providing merit opportunities every 90 days. Additionally, we offer various performance-based incentive programs that can further enhance your earnings.
