What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and execute talent management processes, including performance reviews and the definition of employee objectives. You will design, coordinate, and implement training and development programs, utilizing both internal platforms and external providers. Your responsibilities will include negotiating with vendors to ensure the quality and effectiveness of development initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions that drive employee engagement and performance. You will also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
