Postman is seeking a Named Account Executive to drive sales within upper mid-market and enterprise organizations. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle and building strong customer partnerships. This role requires a strategic mindset and experience in the DevOps ecosystem.
You have proven experience in sales, particularly within the upper mid-market and lower end of enterprise organizations. Your strategic hunter mindset enables you to navigate complex sales cycles and build strong customer partnerships that evolve into multi-six and seven figure deal relationships. You are adept at collaborating with technical teams and delivering value across multiple stakeholders, ensuring that your approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each account.
You thrive in environments where you can own a targeted list of named accounts, developing deep account penetration strategies that drive growth. Your ability to land and expand within strategic accounts is complemented by your understanding of the DevOps ecosystem, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of Postman's API platform to potential clients.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for your named accounts, from prospecting through to close and expansion. You will be responsible for driving land-and-expand strategies that maximize revenue opportunities within your accounts. Your day-to-day will involve identifying key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure that the solutions you propose are not only compelling but also feasible and beneficial for the client. Building strong relationships with your clients will be crucial, as you will need to establish trust and demonstrate the value of Postman's offerings over time.
Your success will be measured by your ability to penetrate accounts deeply, expand existing relationships, and ultimately drive significant revenue growth. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position Postman effectively in the market.
