Shift Lead

Who you are

You have experience in fast-paced, physical environments and are excited to engage in day-to-day operations. As a Shift Lead, you take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes are executed efficiently and safely. You maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You are committed to delighting customers by ensuring their orders are fulfilled accurately and that communication is clear when issues arise. You lead Operations Associates through their shifts, guiding them to work safely and productively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Site Management by running great shifts and delegating tasks effectively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, which may include preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. Your leadership will ensure that the team works cohesively, maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. You will also be involved in training new team members, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. You will take pride in maintaining a well-organized and efficient workspace, contributing to the overall success of the DashMart.
