You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and are eager to grow your career with Carvana.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. You will engage with customers upon delivery, answering any questions they may have and providing support as needed. You will also be involved in local community events, representing Carvana and promoting our mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your role will require you to work various shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, as well as weekends. You will have the opportunity to unlock your earning potential through performance-based pay increases and incentive programs.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, potentially reaching $20/hr.
