NewsBreak is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-Focused) to lead frontend architecture and development while integrating AI model services. You'll work with JavaScript, React, and Next.js to create seamless user experiences. This position requires a passion for AI products and design.
You are a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development, possessing expertise in JavaScript and frameworks like React and Next.js. You have a passion for AI products and user experience design, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with designers and product managers to create intuitive interfaces. Your experience includes leading frontend architecture and development, ensuring high-quality user experiences through performance optimization and scalability. You are comfortable contributing to backend API design and integrating AI model services, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set that bridges both frontend and backend development.
Experience with backend technologies and familiarity with AI model integration will be advantageous. A background in working with recommendation systems or adtech can set you apart, as well as any previous experience in high-growth environments.
In this role, you will lead the frontend architecture and development for NewsBreak's AI-driven platform, focusing on creating seamless and intelligent user experiences. You will collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure that the user interface is not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. Your responsibilities will include optimizing performance and interactivity, ensuring that the application scales effectively as user demand grows. You will also work closely with backend teams to design APIs and integrate AI model services, contributing to the rapid prototyping and iteration of new features that enhance the platform's capabilities.
