Technical Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple technical projects concurrently, leading teams, and expertise in agile and kanban methodologies. The ideal
candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience and be technically proficient, capable of unblocking developers as needed. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong ability & vision to create product roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Execute projects according to plan, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, assigning tasks, and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team
- Agile and Kanban Methodology:
- Utilize agile and kanban methodologies to effectively manage projects, including Scrum, lean, or other agile frameworks.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and
- Technical Knowledge:
- Possess technical expertise to understand and effectively communicate with development
- Unblock developers by providing technical guidance and resolving technical challenges as
- Product Roadmapping:
- Create and manage product roadmaps, aligning them with business goals and customer
- Develop strategic plans for product releases, including prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Identify and manage project stakeholders, including internal and external
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and proactively manage risks throughout the project
- Develop contingency plans and take corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Quality Management:
- Establish quality standards and ensure project deliverables meet the specified quality
- Monitor and measure project performance against quality metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Documentation:
- Keep accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related records.
- Ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible to project
- Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance project outcomes and processes.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, in a software development environment
- Proven experience with agile and kanban methodologies, such as Scrum, Lean, or other agile frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
- Experience in risk management, quality management, and documentation
- Experience in Architecture and delivery of Enterprise scale applications
- Experience with database modeling and development
