Zoox is seeking a Process Improvement Intern to support the development of their Asynchronous Support ecosystem. In this role, you will support the Process Improvement team within Fleet Operations at Zoox. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a Support Knowledge Base, creating clear and accurate internal documentation, and developing customer-facing Help Center articles. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate content and ensure it meets the needs of both internal teams and customers. Your work will involve identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance workflows across the Fusion ecosystem. You will project manage improvements from start to finish, monitoring key metrics to measure their impact. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and iteration of chatbot workflows, helping to streamline customer interactions and improve overall satisfaction.
