What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with a small Salesforce team to design and implement solutions that enhance the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to define and document development requirements for new functionalities or enhancements. Your responsibilities will include building new features and fixing bugs on the Salesforce platform, adhering to established release and governance processes. You will also assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and end-user guides, ensuring that all users have the resources they need to succeed. Training new users will be a key part of your role, as you help them understand the tools at their disposal and how to leverage them effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Salesforce solutions are not only functional but also aligned with the broader business objectives of Ripple.
