Zuora is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to enhance the reliability and performance of their SaaS platform. You'll work with technologies like Linux, Python, and Kubernetes in a hybrid work environment. This role requires experience in managing complex operational challenges.
You have a solid background in site reliability engineering, with experience in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of complex systems. Your expertise in Linux administration and scripting with Python allows you to automate processes effectively. You thrive on solving operational challenges and are passionate about building automation-first solutions. Your familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes enables you to manage scalable applications efficiently. You understand the importance of monitoring and observability, utilizing tools like Prometheus to ensure system health and performance. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is a plus. Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka and database management systems such as MySQL will help you excel in this role. Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible will be beneficial.
