As an Instandhaltungstechniker:in, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of various technical systems and equipment in our logistics centers. You ensure that all safety standards are met and work diligently to prevent machine downtimes. You are proactive in executing preventive maintenance measures and are skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment. You are committed to continuous improvement and are eager to support the development of apprentices at the site.
You thrive in a hands-on environment and are comfortable working with a wide range of devices and systems. You understand the importance of adhering to safety regulations and practices, and you take pride in ensuring the highest standards of operational efficiency. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and improve processes.
Experience in a technical maintenance role is a plus, but we encourage you to apply even if you are new to the field. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices is essential. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair will be beneficial.
In this role, you will be on-site at one of our logistics centers, responding quickly to technical disruptions. You will carry out a series of planned preventive maintenance measures on equipment to ensure their safe operation. Additionally, you will respond promptly to breakdowns and outages, investigating causes and finding solutions as quickly as possible. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
You will utilize the latest tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness and ensure compliance with all safety guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include supporting projects aimed at continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices across various EU locations. You will play a key role in maintaining the high availability of technical systems and enhancing the quality of our equipment.
