LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators across the Asia Pacific. This role requires extensive experience in managing global partnerships and driving revenue impact.
You are a highly experienced Partner Development Manager with a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships, particularly with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and National System Integrators. You possess deep domain knowledge and leadership skills that enable you to drive partner engagement and enablement effectively. Your strategic thinking and independent approach have allowed you to influence cross-functional stakeholders and shape scalable programs across regions and partner types. You have a strong understanding of the GSI ecosystem and are adept at building and executing partnership strategies that align with company-wide objectives.
You have experience collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute joint initiatives that expand the company's reach. Your ability to manage global partnerships and influence stakeholders has resulted in substantial revenue impacts in your previous roles. You are passionate about establishing your company as a key player within the GSI ecosystem and are committed to delivering world-class service through your partnerships.
Experience with top-tier GSIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, and Cognizant is a plus. You are familiar with the Asia Pacific market and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. Your background in strategic partnership management has equipped you with the skills necessary to navigate complex business environments and drive successful outcomes.
In this role, you will serve as LaunchDarkly’s primary liaison for SIs in the APJ region, providing strategic oversight and performance management. You will lead the development and execution of global partnership strategies with top-tier GSIs, ensuring alignment with LaunchDarkly’s business objectives and customer needs. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with key partners, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to create impactful programs.
You will be responsible for analyzing partnership performance and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that all initiatives contribute to the overall success of the company. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders, from executive leadership to operational teams, to ensure that partnership strategies are effectively implemented and monitored.
