Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. You are familiar with using wheel repair machines and have experience in painting and clear-coating wheels. Your attention to detail ensures that every repair meets high-quality standards, and you are eager to learn and grow in your role. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications related to automotive repair, such as ASE certifications, would be beneficial. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment will help you thrive at Carvana.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using specialized tools and techniques. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will utilize state-of-the-art equipment to ensure that every wheel meets our quality standards. Your role will involve painting and clear-coating wheels to restore them to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction with every repair.

You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive repair. This will not only help you progress in your career but also ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in the industry. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, contributing to the overall success of the team.
