Your expertise in sales acumen allows you to understand the nuances of a consumption-based motion, and you are genuinely passionate about data and AI technologies. You are skilled in adult learning principles and have a proven track record of developing effective enablement programs that drive sales productivity. You thrive in collaborative environments and can partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
Experience in the Americas Industries, particularly in sectors like Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing, is a plus. Familiarity with innovative enablement strategies and a data-driven approach to decision-making will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fully remote setting and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and results.
As a Field Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement initiatives that align with the strategic priorities of the Americas Industries business unit.
