Business Intelligence Engineer, RBS ACES

Who you are

You are a customer-obsessed Business Intelligence Engineer who thrives in a culture of data-driven decision making. You have experience leveraging Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate data analysis and generate insights. You are proficient in using at least one data visualization product such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI, and have a strong background in deploying Machine Learning and Statistical models. You are skilled in building new Python utilities and maintaining existing ones, enabling more efficient ad-hoc queries and analysis. You have experience working with large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources and are capable of making recommendations for new metrics and strategies to improve operational and quality metrics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and creating GenAI-powered analytics solutions to enhance self-service capabilities and accelerate decision-making. You will develop prompt engineering strategies and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to integrate Generative AI with existing data infrastructure. You will experiment with foundation models, such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker JumpStart, to solve business intelligence challenges. You will work closely with research scientists, business analysts, and product leads to scale data and ensure consistency between various platform, operational, and analytic data sources. Your contributions will enable faster and more efficient detection and resolution of issues, ultimately leading to the best results for our customers.
