Flex is seeking a Contract Talent Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on roles in Revenue, GTM, Finance, Legal, People Team, or Tech. This position is fully remote and requires strong organizational skills.
You have experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You understand the importance of delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring managers. You are familiar with various sectors, including Revenue, GTM, Finance, Legal, People Team, or Tech, and can adapt your approach based on the specific needs of each area. You are detail-oriented and can maintain a tidy pipeline of candidates using tools like Greenhouse. You thrive in a collaborative environment, meeting regularly with hiring managers or fellow talent partners to align on recruitment strategies and goals. You are committed to supporting Flex's mission of empowering renters with flexibility over their expenses.
As a Contract Talent Partner at Flex, you will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement through to onboarding. You will prescreen candidates, prepare them for interviews, schedule meetings, debrief with hiring managers, and negotiate offers. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to understand their hiring needs and to provide a seamless recruitment experience. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, ensuring that you attract a diverse pool of talent. You will also maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and feedback to ensure they feel valued and informed. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of Flex's organization, helping to build a team that aligns with the company's mission and values.
